MHPP’s working groups are where the real work happens. Each group is led by practitioners from member organisations and focuses on a specific housing challenge. By pooling expertise, sharing data and coordinating action, our working groups deliver outcomes that no single organisation could achieve alone.
Featured Programme
Sustainability & Retrofit
Our largest working group brings together sustainability leads from across the partnership to coordinate the city-wide retrofit programme. In 2025 alone, the group oversaw energy improvements to over 5,000 homes, reducing carbon emissions by an estimated 12,000 tonnes.
