As part of the Legal & General Group, our roots go back almost 200 years, and today we are investing long-term capital into affordable housing across the UK. Our mission is to become the leading private affordable housing provider, delivering quality, sustainable homes that help customers build better futures.

Our Manchester presence

Greater Manchester is an important part of our work and future growth. We are a partner of Greater Manchester, with a commitment to invest £4bn in the region, including 2,500 affordable homes. We also have a Manchester office, supporting colleagues who work across the country.

Supporting our communities

We want to make a positive difference to the affordable housing sector and to the communities we serve. Our approach is built around quality, customer service and sustainability, from well-designed homes in good locations to reducing environmental impact through lower carbon emissions, renewable materials and sustainable building processes.
