Jigsaw Homes Group

A member of the Manchester Housing Providers Partnership, working together to deliver better housing outcomes across the city.

About Jigsaw Homes

At Jigsaw Homes Group, we are one of the largest housing providers in the North West and East Midlands, managing more than 37,500 homes and supporting around 80,000 residents. Formed through the partnership of several community-focused housing associations, we are committed to providing high-quality affordable homes alongside services that help people and communities thrive. Our work includes social and affordable rent, supported housing, care services and shared ownership, as well as investment in sustainability and neighbourhood regeneration. With a strong social purpose at the heart of everything we do, we continue to invest in homes, people and places to create positive long-term impact.

Our Manchester presence

Greater Manchester is central to our organisation, with a significant number of homes and services delivered across the city region. Through our member organisations, including Jigsaw Homes North and Jigsaw Support, we work closely with local authorities, health partners and community organisations to respond to housing need and support sustainable neighbourhoods. We continue to invest in new affordable housing developments across Greater Manchester while improving existing homes and neighbourhoods for current residents. Our local teams work directly within communities, helping us build strong relationships and deliver services that reflect the needs and priorities of residents across Manchester and surrounding boroughs.

Supporting our communities

Supporting communities is at the heart of our work at Jigsaw Homes Group. Alongside providing homes, we deliver a wide range of initiatives focused on wellbeing, employment, skills and financial resilience. Through Jigsaw Support and other community programmes, we provide targeted services for vulnerable residents, helping people maintain independence and improve quality of life. We also invest in projects that promote digital inclusion, youth engagement and community development, working alongside local charities and partner organisations to create opportunities for residents of all ages. By reinvesting into homes, services and neighbourhoods, we continue to strengthen communities and create lasting social value across Greater Manchester and beyond.
